How can I pay for my purchase?

I accept checks, money orders, and Paypal. (Checks must clear before the item(s) are shipped.)

Can I use a credit card?

Yes, I have a premier Paypal account so, using Paypal, you can charge it to your credit or debit card. (You don't even have to have an existing Paypal account. You'll just use your credit card. It can be done immediately. NO WAITING FOR ACCOUNT APPROVAL provided you have a valid credit card.) Unfortunately Paypal charges me a fee (2.9% plus 30 cents) for every transaction using my premier account. As an example: for a $300 instrument, that comes to $9. I will add a service fee to the cost of your instrument equal to that amount, but the convenience may well be worth it! I could absorb the cost but if I do, everyone else will pay more. I don't feel that's fair.

Is there a way I can use Paypal so there's no fee

If you have an existing Paypal account, you may be able to transfer funds from your bank account to my account - provided your purchase is under $500 and I haven't already this service during the past month. Paypay limits the receiving amount to $500 monthly for the free accounts. OR you can use a credit card and go through my Premier Account but a service fee (2.9% plus 30 cents) will be added.

If I decide to use a credit card, how will it work?

If you decide you want to use Paypal, once we have all the details of the purchase worked out, I'll send you a Paypal invoice which will include instructions. It's easy and quick. It will include the 2.9% plus 30 cent service fee.

Am I required to have a Paypal account?

You can use your credit card immediately without a Paypal account.

Are there any other fees associated with the purchase?

If you live in Michigan, you'll have to pay sales tax (6%). This does not apply, if you live in any other state.

I do not ship out of the U.S. because of duty problems nor to Hawaii or Alaska.
